Chloride Domestic Water Improvement District (Chloride DWID)

***After several years, a rate increase has been approved to into effect January 1, 2026.  The first billing including this increase will be mailed to you January 27, 2026 and be due by February 14, 2026.  The rate increase is $2.00 for the initial 2,000 gallons and 1.00 for each additional 1,000 gallons used per month.  A flier reminding the current customers of CDWID will be included with November's billing and posted at approximately the same time at the office and at the post office.

The Chloride Domestic Water Improvement District provides water to the residents of Chloride through a six mile pipeline from the Sacramento aquifer in Golden Valley. The District is overseen by a five member volunteer board of directors of Chloride residents and funded by user fees as well as a share of the property tax collected by Mohave County.
